Red Day Celebration
“The color of love and smile illuminate the air with energy vigor and exuberance. Red color symbolizes and enthusiasm, life and vitality. The day started off with the color red everywhere red dress, red car, red apples, red cherries here a red….there a red…..red red everywhere. Our little ones spent spectacular day.
In SSPS we had celebrated Red Day on 1st of July, 2022. On that day educators had prepared beautiful bulletin board with red color object. Our Tiny Tots had done activity of fingerprint on butterfly which made them to clearer about red color concept. The kiddos did this activity with full of fun and enthusiasm.
Puppet Show
” Amazing hand Puppets stimulate imagination and encourage creative play.”
The puppet show organized by the SSPS enthralled the Tiny Tots as they watched their favorite characters come alive. The show was planned to enable the kids to learn to converse and formulate their thoughts words to the best. The puppet show was organized on 5th of July, 2022 in this show our little ones watched the story of “The great elephant.” It was a unique learning experience for our students. They thoroughly enjoyed watching the show. This activity helped them to bond with their friends and teachers.
Cartoon Day Celebration
Cartoons are essential part of every childhood and without any doubt the most entertaining aspect in every kid’s life. They help kids learn about the world around us about new emotions, life issues and other important things. In SSPS we celebrated cartoon day on 22nd July, 2022. The little ones wear dressed up as their favorite cartoon characters and were delighted to see their peers in a similar fashion. Children got into that imaginative world and become the cartoon characters they liked. There were Chhota Bheem, Mickey Mouse, the favorite Peppa Pig. All children were looking so happy in their favorite cartoon character. And this was not the end of our children also watch the cartoon movie “The Masha and the Bear” with snacks. It bonded the kids well brought out the best childhood innocence.
 Brown Day Celebration
Brown signifies the beauty and the importance of our Earth, the motherland. It was enjoyable day in SSPS as well children were dressed up in brown color and they enjoyed the songs and coloring activity.
Oh toast is colored brown. Oh mud is colored Brown.
Round, round we go for brown.
Oh bark of tree is colored brown. Oh seeds are colored Brown.
Oh teddy bear is colored Brown.
Round, round we go for brown. We have celebrated brown Day on 1st of August, 2022. On the day we had done activity of palm printing. Our Tiny Tots made hen with this activity. Our children were very happy to make thus fun activity. They learned also about the brown color. Little ones enjoyed brown day and had fun filled day.
 Mask Making Competition
Activity was organized on for the students of Sr. K.G. Craft is a fun way to boost the creativity of the students and evoke in them a sense of appreciation for beauty. One of the most popular party decor ideas is creating masks. Children love putting on masks that magically transform them into animals, aliens, clowns and fairies. When a mask is completed and worn for the first time, a new character is born.
A very creative presentation was showcased by the talented artists while preparing splendid masks using different decorative material like A4 size sheet, ribbon, colorful feathers, decorative material and fevicol. Little hands with imaginative minds came together in a creative burst of energy and the stupendous students demonstrated mind-blowing and fantabulous ideas. A fabulous participation of all the students was observed during this joyful activity.

 Puzzle Solving Competition
Puzzles are an excellent way to train your mental capabilities as well. They make you better at problem solving in general, as well as improve your memory and critical thinking skills. This comes in handy in scholastic settings, helping students do better in class, but it also has general applications for everyone. SSPS conducted a Puzzle solving competition held on 5th August, 2022 for JR. KG. Each team received the same puzzle until the timer began. Individual or teams try to put the puzzle together the fastest. Winner of competition were :-

 Raksha Bandhan Celebration
‘Raksha Bandhan A beautiful bond of love, trust and responsibility forever.’ The word Bandhan means “to tie” or “bond”. The sister ties the rakhi around her brother’s wrist. It is thought that the protection offered by the rakhi lasts for one year. Raksha Bandhan is a special occasion to celebrate the eternal and auspicious bond between brother and sister and the affection of the siblings in the family. It represents the sister’s promise to pray for her brother and the brother’s vow to protect his sister. The brother and sister will often exchange gifts as well with sister providing some sweets to eat and the brother giving gift.
The tiny tots of classes Nursery, Jr KG, Sr KG celebrated this festival with great zeal and endeavor on 10th August 2022 Wednesday. The main objective behind celebrating Raksha Bandhan was to make the children aware of the virtuous bond of love between a bother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions. The preprimary wing of SSPS was dressed in a festive look for the Raksha Badhan celebration
Patriotic Song Competition
“Patriotism is your conviction that this country is superior to all others because you were born in it”
To foster a sense of belongingness towards our motherland a ‘Patriotic singing competition ‘ was organized for Sr. Kg. Students on 23.08.23. A platform was given to the students to imbibe a sense of devotion towards our country. The themes chosen were glorify sacrifice land’s beauty history and martyrdom. The melodious voice fused with patriotism enthralled all. All the participants were so good. Winners were felicitated with prizes by our Director Sir Jiral Shan and Our supervisor ma’am Mahashweta.

Janmashtami Celebration
Krishna Janmashtami is one of the major festivals of Hindu. It is celebrated as the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna. It is also called Janmashtami or Gokul Ashtami. It is celebrated all over India with great Zeal and Zest. “Dahi – Handi” is the main part of the celebration. Krishna was born at midnight in Mathura. So many people fast till midnight and celebrate this festival late night. Lord Krishna played various roles in his earthly form like a mentor, deity, teacher, friend, lover and more. Lord Krishna holds a flute in his hand and wears the feather of a peacock on his forehead. He was born to kill the evil king of Mathura known as Kansa and freed the devotees from his dread fulness. The blessings of Lord Krishna students celebrated Janmashtami with mirth and joy. The students came dressed up as Lord Krishna, Radha, Playmates and friends of Krishna’s childhood.
 Blue Day Celebration
Blue is a cool and calming color that shows creativity and intelligence. Blue color symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom and truth. In order to emphasize the importance of Blue…. Blue day was celebrated for our tiny tots. The significance of blue color was reiterated through activity. The dress code of the day was blue. All the children came dressed up in different shades and hues of blue. They also carried their favorite blue color object. An array of blue colored objects like ball, balloons, clouds etc. were at display thus providing the students opportunities to have clear sense of the color. Blue day celebration was an amazing learning experience. Kids spent the whole day creating & playing with the blue color. It was a fun day for students.
 Grandparents Day Celebration

A salute to our roots Grandparents are the family’s greatest treasure, the founders of a loving legacy, the greatest storytellers and the keepers of tradition. To honor them, SSPS celebrated the day on 12th September, 2022. The little toys of play group came up with beautiful grandparents on this day. To mark the day grandparents also participated in singing bhajans and song of their choices. Adding to this, the grandparents appreciated and shared their views to make connection between the generations through these events. Indeed, it was memorable moment to see our little ones dressed up as grandparents.
 Navratri Celebration
“The source of the universe is as diverse as its manifestation. Navratri is a celebration of diversity in all its glory, a celebration of our source and our goal.” Navratri is devoted to goddess Durga, whose nine forms are worshipped on nine days. It lays importance on the worship of Goddess Durga or Shakti, which represents the energy of the universe, in her nine different forms. Navratri is not just celebrating a festival. Kids should understand that it is much bigger – it is an occasion to learn about the rich culture, customs, and traditions of our wonderful country. The nine days of Navratri give ample opportunity for parents and kids to bond, rest, rejuvenate and celebrate. It is essential for children to understand the significance of this festival, this enables them to delve into the finer aspects of the festival and appreciate it better. SSPS celebrated Navratri festival with tiny tots of Nursery, Jr Kg and Sr kg. The program was organized in school premises with beautiful decoration and children were dressed in colorful traditional outfits. They were extremely enthusiastic playing garba, also there were judges who selected students based on their outfit and gracious performance and were given gifts. The immense joy of celebrating Navratri festival was a great success and children enjoyed to the fullest.
 Fancy Dress Competition
Importance of school program for the all-round development of the child. Keeping this in view, we at stepping stones play school, conducted the Fancy Dress Competition for the students of Sr. K.G. on 07/10/2022. The purpose of conducting the competition was not only to blend learning with fun and culture but also to develop confidence in the students. Students displayed their talents on the theme ‘Traditional Attire’. They dressed up as Maratha warriors, Nayay ki devi, Kalbeliya tribe from Rajasthan, South Indian dressing etc. and explained about the specialty of our Indian culture and traditions. Overall, there were 16 participants whose talent and dedication made this event successful. The effort and hard work of children and parents were highly commendable. The competition proved to be great learning experience for the students and gave them a platform to explore the old traditions and culture of our country India. Winner of competition were :-

 Diwali Celebration
“Light the lamp of wisdom and dispel the darkness of ignorance.”
Diwali symbolizes the spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. The radiant lights of Diwali signify a time to eliminate our dark desires and thoughts, eradicating shadows and evils, and imbuing us with the strength and zeal to carry forward our goodwill throughout the year. Diwali is a festival of lights, joy, victory, and happiness.
To impart the significance of Diwali to our little buds, SSPS organized a vibrant “Diwali celebration.” Children were dressed in traditional attire, and activity was conducted to bring cheer to their hearts. With utmost care and precautionary measures, a firecracker show was organized in the school campus. The children wholeheartedly participated, brimming with enthusiasm. Our dedicated educators provided instructions for a safe and eco-friendly Diwali.
Yellow Celebration
“”Shades of yellow stimulate our little ones with happiness, energy and optimism” Positivity has a color – it’s yellow. SSPS celebrated Yellow Day with the tiny tots of Nursery, JR KG and SR KG. A day dedicated to the color yellow was marked with cheerful children attired in different hues and tints of yellow outfits and sparkling with optimism, enlightenment and happiness. Children were not only beautifully dressed in their favorite yellow dresses but also brought yellow object to make it a complete “Yellow Day” It was an amazing learning experience for tiny tots by sprinkling mustard seeds and pasting candy stick on the sunflower cutout, which had a long-lasting effect on each student. Yellow color boards were also set up in the garden which made learning environment active and sporty.
Solo Dance Competition
Dance is a powerful impulse, the movement of the body in a rhythmic way, usually to music and within a given space for the purpose of expressing an idea or emotion and releasing energy. Stepping Stones Play School, organized Solo Dance Competition on 30/11/2022for Sr. K.G. students. Children have shown beautiful dance moves with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. They enjoyed it a lot. The competition was done under the vision point of judges – Art/ Culture. Through this they were able to show their talent and developed their dancing skills. The winners are –

Talent Hunt Competition
“Your Talent Makes You Who You Are. You Should Be Proud Of It.” In a bid to give wings to children to pursue their dreams and bring out their hidden talents, we at Stepping Stones Play School organized a Talent Hunt Competition for the students of Sr. K.G. on 20/12/2022. An overwhelming response was encouraging, as students came forward to display their immense talents in various artistic fields – Singing, Dancing, Acting, Mimicry, Mono acting, Playing Casio, Poetry Recitation, and lot more. Kids showed extraordinary ardor and enthralled the audience with exemplary performances. The event helped the children to develop higher level of creativity, self-expression for themselves. The participants gave a tough time to the judges to decide upon the winners. These participants were declared as winners :-

Christmas Celebration
Christmas is celebrated to remember the birth of ‘Jesus Christ’ who Christians believe is the son of God. Christmas is now celebrated by the people all around the world whether they are Christian or not. This year on 23rd December, 2022. SSPS School has organized a program to celebrate Christmas. The celebration was held in schools open premises. The entire area was beautifully decorated with hangings & posters. All the students and faculty members were excited for the celebration, children come to school wearing red and white color attire and some of them were also dressed up in Santa Claus dress. One of the people disguised as Santa Claus comes with a bag containing chocolate and gifts, also the song Jingle Bells was playing in the background. A huge Christmas tree was decorated with lamps toys, gifts, flowers, lolly sticks, bells in the center of School premise. The dazzling entry of Santa Claus added to the joy and excitement of the students, they also enjoyed eating popcorns and pastries. Different types of games were played by the students to make the celebration more remarkable. A class activity was held for the children in which kids made a decorative Christmas tree on paper. The boundless joy of celebrating the celebration was visible on the faces of all the children. The event ended with the cheerful Christmas greetings as the students danced to the melodious tunes of ‘Jingle Bells ‘and ‘We wish you a Merry Christmas’. It was a Joy and amusing program for everyone.
Annual Sport Day
In recognition of the importance of sports in a child’s life, Stepping Stones Playschool celebrated its Annual Sports Day. The day began with the declaration of the meet marking the commencement of the ceremony, followed by lighting of the torch. It was a beautiful sight to behold on a cold winter morning as the tiny tots entertained the audience with a spectacular performance on Yoga and Drill. The children participated in large numbers in engaging and innovative races like Hurdle race, Running race, Adventure race, Pack your bag race, etc. The Sports Day helped children explore their hidden sports interests to build confidence and to inculcate a desire to learn new skills by watching their peers. It was fun filled day for one and all.
Green Color Day
Green is the color between cyan and yellow on the visible spectrum. The color Green has strong associations with nature and brings to mind lush grass, trees and forests. Green is often described as a refreshing and tranquil color. Green is highly connected to nature and money. Growth, fertility, health and generosity are some of the positive color meanings for the color. We at SSPS celebrated Green color day. Children were looking so energetic and vibrant in green color attire. They enjoyed Green color everywhere in school.
Annual Award Ceremony
Annual Award Ceremony was organized on 25.02.2023. The successful students in various fields such a as Perfect Attendance Award, Working Wonder Award, Awesome Artist Award, Public Speaker Award and Super Speedy Award were honored in the ceremony. The ceremony began with Saraswati Vandana. The chief guest Ms. Uma Vansadia, Director Sir Jiral Shah, Assistant Director Ma’m Isha Shah and Supervisor Ma’m Mahashweta Chauhan lit the lamp. The winners of respective fields were felicitated by the Chief Guest, The Director Sir and sectional heads. The Chief Guest delivered a very motivating speech, she advised all the students to work harder in life to get sure success.
Explorers Science Day Celebration
Science Day is commended in India yearly on 28th February, 2022. This day remembers the Raman Effect’s innovation by the incomparable Indian physicist, Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman. It was on this same day that sir Raman made to the world his greatest invention. On this day, we show our dignity and respect to the famous Indian Physicist to mark his discovery of the Raman Effect. We at SSPS on this special day organized Science Day Celebration. Our SR. K.G. students were the part of this celebration they showcased different science model and explained how their models work. We celebrated this day by welcoming Our Director Sir Jiral Shah and Our chef guest Dr. Sandhya Dixit professor at MSU.
Pink Color Day
Pink is the color of a namesake flower that is a pale tint of red. Pink is a nurturing playful and nostalgic color that takes people back to their childhoods. Pink is a color of opposite since it can make us think of both innocence and burning passion. Pink creates a sense of urgency. Pink is the color most often associated with charm, politeness, sensitivity, tenderness, sweetness childhood and femininity. To give the knowledge of Pink color. We celebrated Pink color day at our school. Children were dressed up in Pink attire and enjoyed photo session.
Graduation Day
“There is something special about a Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony Innocence retrained, journeys begun and dreams waiting be achieved” 31st March 2022 was a day to cherish as the students of SR. K.G. to be graduated. They all looked refreshing and enthusiastic in their graduation ceremony. All the kids enjoyed their photo session.
Summer Day Celebration
SSPS celebrated Summer Day on 13th April, 2023 with Nursery, Junior KG and senior KG kids to welcome summer. The day was full of enjoyment and excitement. Teachers prepared beautiful huge backdrop using marbling art technique and put big candies’ and ice cream’s cutouts. Teachers and children danced together on music and clicked wonderful memories. children came in their summer clothes along with caps and sun glasses. In the classrooms children enjoyed Dabba Party by sharing their Tiffin. They enjoyed ice cream with interesting summer season talk. Take aways were also given by teachers to the kids. like this the day ended with full of rejoice.
Children Day Celebration
“If you carry your childhood with you, you never become older”- Happy Children’s day. This is a day dedicated to children a day that calls for celebrations and an occasion which commemorates the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru the first prime minister of India. The occasion witnessed children having fun watching movie with popcorn on the projector in school’s Auditorium, they enjoyed playing the games and they also embraced themselves dancing to the tunes of Bollywood.
Hand Writing Day
It is an incredibly important exercise for students as it encourages them to develop their fine motor skills and confidence. It also activates the frontal lobe of the brain and contributes to reading fluency. Hand writing allows for organized thoughts, authenticity and even reading skills. We at SSPS organized hand writing competition for the students of JR. KG. on 6th February, 2023, Monday. So, children can improve their gross motor skills, letter and number recognition. They also Expressed their voice, ideas, presentation, conventions, word choice and sentences fluency. The winners are –

White Color Day
White is the lightest color and is achromatic .it is the color of objects such as snow, chalk and milk. White objects fully reflect and scatter all the visible wavelengths of light. White represents purity or innocence. For giving the importance of colors in our life we at SSPS celebrated white color day. Children were wearing white clothes and teachers showcased white objects and explained everything about white color.
Black Color Day
Black color meaning is symbolic of mystery, power elegance and sophistication. Black as a favorite shade is said to represent a strong – willed and determined character. Black color has a special full-spectrum status when it comes to the feelings it reflects. Black is also popular color for text as it’s an easy color to read. To let our kids, know about Black color and its importance. We celebrated Black color day. Children of all classes wore black dress and enjoyed that day by seeing all the boards made by teachers for them.
Rhymes Recttation Competition
SSPS aiming to provide an opportunity and platform to kids of the play group conducted recitation competition. As kids recite rhymes, they learn to speak with voice modulation, expressions, confidence and actions. The participants were judged on rubrics like voice modulation, clarity of speech, choice of props and their use. Winners were awarded with prizes. The event was highly appreciated by parents as well. It was a treat to watch the little kids all decked up with props. The confidence shown by each during the competition was commendable. The winners are –

 Drawing Competition
Drawing is an especially important outlet for children they do not yet have the verbal skills to communicate their feelings. Drawing can be a tool used to plan, learn and member information and it can also improve our emotional well-being. SSPS conducted drawing competition for JR..KG. in the month of October. Children drew to express their feeling and thinking. They learnt basic skills of drawing like understanding edges, spaces, light and shadow.

 Coloring Competition
SSPS conducted coloring competition for Play group in the month of August. Little ones have always fantasized about colors. Thus, the first competition for the session 2022-2023 for play group is coloring competition, where in students brought in their colorful imaginations. Children participated in with zeal and showed their talent. It helped them in exploring new ideas, creativity as well as a sense of colors. Winners were honored with 1st, 2nd, 3rd and consolation prizes. Aim behind the competition was to kids can develop expertise in their choices.
